The three new mobs you can vote on as part of Minecraft Live 2023 have been revealed, each with unique appearances and abilities that will be brought into the game. But which one should you vote for?

How to Vote
The mob vote opens at 1:00PM EDT on October 13th, and closes at 1:15PM EDT on October 15th.
To enter, you can vote within Minecraft by joining the live event server on Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, but you can also vote via the Minecraft launcher, or on Minecraft.net.
Crab
The Crab (if successfully added to the game) will be found in the Mangrove Swamp, and brings with it an incredibly useful and unique ability. The Crab will have one giant claw which it will wave around as it walks.
If you manage to find a Crab and gain its claw, you'll then be able to place blocks much further away than usual!
Armadillo
The Armadillo (if successfully added to the game) will be found in the Savannah biome, where it will curl up into a ball if startled. Whilst adorable, the Armadillo can also serve a specific purpose.
They will drop a special scute, which can be used to craft the new Wolf Armor which, like Horse Armor, will give your wolf/dog companions an extra layer of defense!
Penguin
The Penguin (if successfully added to the game) will be found in the Stony Shores biome, either waddling on the shore or swimming in the ocean.
A social and amphibious mob, Penguins will be able to help your boat travel faster due to their incredible swimming speeds.
